Pay: $17.75–$22 per hour

What you will do

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations.
• Assist with specimen organization, inventory, workspace preparation, and other non-testing laboratory tasks.
• Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision.
• Support approved laboratory projects while following safety and compliance procedures.
• Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology bachelor’s degree program.
• Interest in laboratory science and the diagnostics industry.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures.
• Eagerness to learn laboratory skills and scientific concepts.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision, communicate effectively, and maintain professional conduct.
