Business Analyst (Sitetracker)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery for a portfolio of smaller recurring services accounts.
• Run client syncs, establish priorities, surface decisions, and remove blockers.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable backlog items and user stories.
• Manage competing priorities, backlog health, service usage, and delivery velocity across multiple accounts.
• Identify operational gaps proactively and recommend platform improvements and future phases of work.
• Build reusable client-facing materials and operational templates to improve delivery scalability.

Requirements

• Experience leading client engagements and recurring service delivery with ownership and accountability.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent client workloads.
• Ability to gather requirements, prioritize by business value, and create clear user stories or backlog items.
• Knowledge of core Salesforce concepts, including objects, fields, layouts, and basic flows or rules.
• Ability to configure and maintain functional settings in hirify.global or comparable platform software.
• Ability to troubleshoot standard platform issues and translate operational workflows into practical solutions.
