Business Analyst Junior (Antifraud)

Location: Mexico; hybrid work with flexibility to work from an office or remotely

What you will do

• Analyze and improve antifraud operational processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Gather, analyze, formalize, and document requirements for internal antifraud tools.
• Identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Prepare specifications and development tasks for engineering teams.
• Define operational metrics, analyze cases, and identify workflow bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Support initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and rollout while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and platform teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a product, fintech, or operational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Understanding of business processes, process optimization, and operational metrics.
• B2 or higher English for communication with an international team.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of A/B testing.
• Experience with operational or risk-related products.
