Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce Health Cloud)

Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid work combining work from home with on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites. Travel to other offices and client locations is required as needed. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Argentina.

What you will do

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather needs and translate them into clear system and functional requirements.
• Lead process mapping, discovery workshops, backlog refinement, and user story development, including epics, features, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Support solution design using Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, and QA teams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Own functional workstreams, maintain requirements traceability, identify risks and dependencies, and drive resolution across stakeholders.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, define business scenarios and test cases, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business analytics, computer science, MIS, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations and the ability to lead project activities from requirements through delivery.
• Experience with big data concepts, data management, data analytics, cloud platforms, and Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and mentoring skills.
• Fluent English and authorization to work in Argentina are required.
