Location: Woking, United Kingdom; on-site. The final assessment day takes place at the London office.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design product solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture using current engineering principles and patterns.
• Code, test, and continuously integrate solutions with current and emerging technologies.
• Develop products that automate complex business workflows and reduce process complexity.
• Resolve technical and business issues while communicating with internal teams and clients.
• Rotate through product lifecycle areas including product management, client services, support, and deployment.

Requirements

• 2027 graduation with a 2:1 degree or above.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline such as Data Science or Quantitative Finance.
• Hands-on programming experience.
• Authorization to work in selected countries without restriction or sponsorship.
• Demonstrated interest in finance and/or technology, ideally with relevant work experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability, initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
