Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: KSA Off-Site; role associated with Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

• Act as the technical bridge between sales representatives, customers, prospects, and channel partners.
• Guide customers through the selection, deployment, onboarding, and product experience of hirify.global security solutions.
• Design security solutions that address customer risks, technology gaps, and implementation challenges.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, presentations, webinars, workshops, and customer training.
• Train sales teams and channel partners on products, technologies, positioning, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, technical support, and regional teams to maintain customer health and improve sales engineering practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience delivering presales support and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, including SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architecture, cloud-native application security, SASE, CASB, and zero trust.
• Excellent understanding of public cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and customer security outcomes.
• Role location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; KSA off-site arrangement.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Google, and AWS services.
• Exposure to firewalls, content security, intrusion prevention, encryption, data leakage prevention, data protection, and security monitoring.
• Experience working with SOC service partners, cloud service providers, and MSSPs.
• Strong public speaking and storytelling skills.
