What you will do

• Conduct cold and warm calls to introduce payment solutions.
• Generate leads, identify decision-makers, and qualify opportunities through discovery conversations.
• Manage customer relationships and provide account management support.
• Maintain customer satisfaction while achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Keep CRM records accurate to support seamless handovers.

Requirements

• Previous inside sales or lead generation experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in account management and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of payment processing or financial services is advantageous.
