SME Account Manager

Location: Galway, Ireland; role based at the Galway Financial Services Centre.

Salary: Up to EUR 30,050 yearly.

What you will do

• Manage and correspond with a portfolio of 400–500 SME customer accounts.
• Act as the primary representative for customers and resolve account issues and queries.
• Develop and implement account management strategies to support customer growth and profitability.
• Promote and cross-sell hirify.global products to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication and engagement methods to individual customer needs.
• Work with the wider team, support other portfolios, and meet defined KPI targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account management or sales.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strategic thinking and effective planning skills.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing and developing customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work from the Galway, Ireland location.
