Project Manager (Construction Data Centers)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; on-site

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate multiple data center construction projects, tracking schedules, milestones, risks, deliverables, and project performance.
• Maintain project governance documentation, status reports, KPIs, project controls, and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, consultants, and contractors to coordinate communication, action tracking, snagging, and handover activities.
• Monitor field activities, progress, quality, safety, variations, and delays while identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Lead progress meetings, support process improvements, and communicate project impacts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv, Israel.
