System Engineer - Multidisciplinary Project Lead (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage multidisciplinary R&D projects within the engineering system organization.
• Translate business and customer requirements into system and subsystem requirements, and lead system architecture and technical trade-off decisions.
• Own engineering development plans and coordinate execution across System, Hardware, Software, Algorithms, Process, Applications, and Manufacturing.
• Lead product integration, calibration, verification, qualification, and readiness for alpha, beta, and customer releases.
• Identify technical risks, drive mitigation plans, and lead root-cause analysis and system-level issue resolution.
• Act as the engineering interface for Product Management, PLC, Applications, Field Support, leadership, and customers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex system development programs and managing cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Strong understanding of system engineering, architecture, integration, qualification, and verification methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with Hardware, Software, Algorithms, Applications, and Manufacturing teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
