Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: London, UK. Hybrid model requiring staff to work onsite 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Manage approximately 15–18 concurrent requisitions from role briefing through accepted offer.
• Deliver recruitment across Product, Technology and Commercial functions and a range of seniority levels.
• Develop sourcing strategies, identify passive candidates and build diverse pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead screening, interview and assessment processes, candidate communication, scheduling, offer delivery and negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, HR Business Partners and People colleagues across UK, US and APAC markets.
• Maintain recruitment data in Greenhouse and Workday and use market insight to guide hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Significant end-to-end talent acquisition experience in a complex, international or fast-paced in-house environment.
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent vacancies while maintaining a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Broad recruitment experience across multiple functions, including senior and specialist appointments.
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting, stakeholder management, influencing, organisation and assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions, ideally including the UK, US or APAC.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Greenhouse or a similar platform, plus a proactive and autonomous delivery-focused approach.
