Talent Acquisition Partner (12 months FTC)

Location: Cambridge, UK; hybrid schedule with typically 2–3 days per week in the office.

Salary: up to £60,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment strategies across UK and US technical and commercial functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and resolve hiring challenges.
• Source, headhunt, and build talent pools for complex and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial engagement through completion.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and candidate feedback to improve pipeline efficiency and hiring processes.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, assessment, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• End-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong direct sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical approach to recruitment metrics and pipeline performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive working style.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the Ashby ATS.
• Experience recruiting across technical engineering and commercial go-to-market disciplines in an international scale-up.
