Senior Director, Product Management (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States; home office

Salary: $208,000–$416,000 annual, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Set the multi-year product vision and strategy for seller risk across onboarding, identity verification, lifecycle risk, decisioning, and enforcement.
• Lead and develop Product leaders and Product Managers while building a high-performing product organization.
• Build AI-powered risk platforms using machine learning, graph intelligence, behavioral insights, rules, and third-party signals.
• Advance predictive risk detection and scalable decisioning with improved accuracy, speed, and explainability.
• Partner with senior cross-functional leaders to prioritize investments and drive execution.
• Improve fraud loss, false positives, seller friction, and decision speed while enabling trusted marketplace growth.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling marketplace, risk, fraud, identity, or trust products, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with 13 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience leading Product leaders, developing senior talent, and building high-performing organizations.
• Deep expertise in seller risk, fraud prevention, identity verification, and marketplace trust at scale.
• Experience with machine learning, graph intelligence, behavioral and transactional signals, rules platforms, and risk decisioning systems.
• Strong analytical judgment, executive communication, storytelling, and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to work from the Sunnyvale, California home office location.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products and supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
