Sr Technical Product Manager - Walmart Customer Team

Location: Hybrid schedule in Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Own product vision, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and measurable business outcomes for a portfolio of products.
• Design, build, test, and maintain data and software solutions for the Walmart Customer Team.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.
• Break initiatives into epics, stories, and sprints while managing scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, internal tools, documentation, standards, and DevOps capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Ability to write and maintain code using Python and SQL.
• Experience delivering products or projects in an Agile/Scrum environment, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Experience with Databricks, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, plus knowledge of DevOps practices including version control and CI/CD.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Fayetteville, Arkansas; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying solutions through AI Factory or Pygentic.
• Experience with Databricks Apps and application ownership.
