Global PA AI Strategy & Portfolio Senior Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define AI business priorities and activation plans across 2–3 industry or functional practice areas.
• Shape the portfolio of digital and AI offers with BCG and BCG X leaders.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities across sectors, functions, and regions.
• Prioritize AI and technology investments through portfolio analysis, business cases, and commercial impact assessment.
• Manage portfolio review forums, operating cadences, workstreams, and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Product, Technology, and practice-area leaders to improve performance and adoption of agentic solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, including 3–5+ years in strategy consulting at BCG or an equivalent organization.
• Experience in strategy development, problem solving, strategic planning, execution, and programme management.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, structure ambiguous problems, and develop insight-driven recommendations.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience developing simple agentic tools.
• Experience managing product or AI-powered offer portfolios and investment decisions.
• Knowledge of BCG industry or functional practice areas and BCG X.
