Business Development Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote or hybrid in the UAE, with the opportunity to work from Dubai. Potential relocation to Dubai.

Salary: $3,000–7,000 gross per month. Compensation also includes a fixed monthly amount of $3,000–5,500 plus revenue share and performance-based compensation.

Bloomson Capital is a fintech company developing proprietary algorithmic trading software for the foreign exchange market, including an automated EUR/USD product for entrepreneurs, business owners, and private investors.

What you will do

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing and business development strategies focused on acquiring high-value clients.
• Identify, approach, onboard, and manage affiliates, Introducing Brokers, referral partners, creators, media outlets, and strategic business partners.
• Build partnerships with YouTube and Instagram creators, Telegram channels, trading communities, podcasts, financial media, and business influencers.
• Manage the full partnership cycle, including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, activation, performance tracking, and relationship management.
• Organize media and creator integrations such as videos, social campaigns, podcasts, webinars, interviews, and live streams.
• Track CAC, LTV, CPA, revenue share, conversion rates, qualified leads, funded clients, ROI/ROMI, UTM parameters, referral links, CRM data, and affiliate attribution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, business development, partnerships, performance marketing, or sales.
• Expert-level understanding of affiliate marketing, partnership development, and high-value client acquisition.
• Proven experience promoting investment, forex, trading, fintech, crypto, brokerage, or other financial products.
• Experience targeting clients with $100,000 or more in available investment capital and acquiring high-value clients through partnerships, creators, networking, events, affiliates, or direct outreach.
• Established network within forex, trading, investment, fintech, crypto, or business communities.
• English: B2 or higher.
