Site Supervisor - Residential

Location: Brisbane, Australia; hybrid working

Salary: AUD 180,000–200,000 per annum package

hirify.global is recruiting for a growing residential construction business with a stable pipeline of projects and an experienced project team.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day site operations across residential construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress against programmes and maintain quality, safety, and budget standards.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, defect management, and project handovers.
• Identify and resolve construction issues while maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting.
• Build strong working relationships with subcontractors and project partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and coordination of multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of Queensland construction and WHS requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisation, and attention to detail.
• A trade background or relevant construction qualification is highly regarded.
