Senior Estimator MEP / Cost Planner (Data Centres)

Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia

What you will do

• Develop estimate plans and coordinate estimate development with project teams.
• Lead the development of total project estimates.
• Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis.
• Recommend cost contingencies and solutions to problems of varying complexity.
• Maintain a library of current local rates for estimating.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive estimating experience in a construction environment.
• Experience with high-tech or data centre projects is preferred.
• Understanding of MEP systems and ability to read services drawings and schematics.
• Experience across estimating, peer reviews, and project benchmarking.
• Proficiency with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
• Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline; RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status or progress toward certification.
