Manager, Management Consulting (AI)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States. Hybrid working model with remote work two days per week and in-person work three days per week. Consulting projects may require travel, typically averaging 10%–30% annually, with some projects involving up to 80% travel for a period.

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Identify and clarify client needs, establish program structures, and define communication methods.
• Develop and execute program plans aligned with client business and technical objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to guide digital product development and future direction.
• Advise clients on Agile practices and frameworks, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Lead discovery workshops, synthesize client challenges, and create implementation roadmaps.
• Communicate program updates to executive stakeholders, manage client relationships, and coach junior consultants.

Requirements

• At least six years of consulting experience or equivalent industry experience.
• At least four years of project management and/or technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and building client relationships.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to executive audiences.
• Experience as an account leader, project director, program leader, PMO leader, product owner, or product manager is relevant.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
