IT Ops Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area; office attendance required 3 days per week

Salary: $124,000–$155,000 US base salary per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Work in the shared IT support queue and help employees with day-to-day technology needs.
• Support devices and endpoints using Jamf and Intune, identity and access with Okta, SaaS access, and endpoint security tooling.
• Maintain reliable conferencing and AV rooms and provide hands-on support for live events.
• Run employee onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning and deprovisioning access.
• Deliver scoped IT projects, automate repetitive manual work, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Hands-on exposure to multiple areas of employee technology, including devices, identity, SaaS, networks, or endpoint security.
• Experience troubleshooting systems, understanding root causes, and communicating clearly in a collaborative environment.
• Interest in automation and using AI to create scripts and integrations.
• 3+ years of IT Helpdesk experience and exposure to backend IT systems such as Okta or Jamf.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco Bay Area and attend the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SOC 2 or SOX access-review processes.
• Experience in high-growth consumer technology.
