Vice President, Consulting Workforce & Performance

Annual base compensation: $206,800–$282,700.

What you will do

• Lead Consulting workforce strategy in partnership with the Head of Consulting and Consulting Leadership Team.
• Lead people leaders and drive organizational performance, engagement, retention, leadership effectiveness, and organizational health.
• Translate business demand, delivery performance, staffing data, and workforce analytics into capacity, capability, hiring, and redeployment plans.
• Own performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, role changes, and performance actions.
• Define capability priorities and sponsor learning, mentoring, development, and experiential learning programs.
• Partner with People & Culture, Finance, Recruiting, Business Execution, and Consulting leadership on workforce economics, governance, and talent decisions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or professional services, including direct leadership of a sizable consulting organization.
• 8+ years of experience leading leaders, including Directors or equivalent senior people managers.
• Experience with a professional organization of ideally 100+ employees and accountability for organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, workforce health, and talent outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in leadership development, performance improvement, capability building, talent retention, and difficult business decisions.
• Strong business and financial acumen related to growth, utilization, productivity, workforce economics, capacity, and client outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global or distributed consulting or professional services environment.
• Background in technology, digital transformation, enterprise applications, or business transformation consulting.
• Experience leading organizational change, leadership transformation, or significant workforce scaling and reshaping.
