Organizational Development, Senior Advisor

Location: Rosemead, California, US; hybrid work mode with required residence and work in California. Employees report to an SCE facility for a set number of days and may work remotely on the remaining days. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600

What you will do

• Facilitate organizational development programs and special projects that strengthen culture and organizational effectiveness.
• Support enterprise talent reviews and succession planning, including strategy, scheduling, and system enhancements.
• Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and co-create solutions for capability and talent gaps.
• Analyze workforce performance metrics and conduct assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Evaluate organizational structures, workflows, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency, collaboration, and agility.
• Advise senior management on organizational development strategies and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience with organizational development strategies, organizational assessments, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management.
• Must work and reside in California unless otherwise noted.
• Experience designing organizational structures, governance models, role clarity frameworks, and operating models.
• Experience supporting transformations involving organizational design, process improvement, workforce planning, and change management.
• Ability to balance strategic design with hands-on delivery across multiple competing initiatives.

Nice to have

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or Instructor certification.
• Experience in utilities, energy, or comparable enterprise-scale infrastructure organizations with regulatory complexity.
• Experience working within a Center of Excellence or enterprise model, including standards, governance, and ways of working.
