Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Technology

Location: 6000 Avalon Boulevard, Alpharetta, GA 30009, United States. The role includes 10% travel.

What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for supply chain technology platforms.
• Lead the development of a new enterprise supply chain platform supporting operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
• Coordinate engineering, data science, merchandising, accounting, and supply chain operations teams.
• Integrate supply chain systems, APIs, and data platforms while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Optimize supply chain workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase operational visibility.
• Define and track KPIs including adoption, uptime, fulfillment speed, and cost savings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of supply chain experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical program management.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, KPIs, ERP, inventory management, product management tools, and business requirements analysis.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, visualization, UX/UI processes, and cross-cultural stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to travel 10% is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDA, AS400, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience with merchandising systems, WMS, or TMS.
• Experience in the optical or healthcare industry.
