Director, Product Management (Direct Imports and Cross-Border)

Location: USA, Bentonville, Arkansas; onsite at the Bentonville Home Office

Annual salary: $130,000–$260,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for direct imports and cross-border commerce.
• Lead enterprise modernization initiatives and retire legacy platforms across sourcing, supplier, item, cost, order management, logistics, and compliance domains.
• Connect business, operational, and technology roadmaps to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Drive decisions, accountability, and alignment across complex dependencies and competing priorities.
• Champion process simplification, automation, and AI to improve operational scalability.
• Influence executive stakeholders and develop high-performing product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 11 years of product management experience, or 13 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience leading complex enterprise product portfolios across multiple platforms, organizations, and business domains.
• Demonstrated success with legacy-system modernization, platform consolidation, technical debt reduction, and enterprise transformation.
• Expertise in sourcing, direct imports, cross-border commerce, supplier management, order management, logistics, customs, compliance, and global supply chains.
• Strong systems thinking, executive influence, analytical rigor, decision-making, and team-development skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas Home Office.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related area.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B or B2C products.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
