Product Manager

hirify.global creates and operates urban media displays and develops smart city infrastructure platforms, including the IKE public engagement platform.

What you will do

• Own an established internal platform, building knowledge of its users, history, and technical landscape.
• Shape the long-term product vision and manage the near-term roadmap and delivery decisions.
• Discover customer and business needs through user conversations, stakeholder input, and data insights.
• Prioritize the backlog, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and guide delivery with software engineers and developers.
• Partner with the UX/UI Designer to validate concepts before development.
• Define success metrics, instrument features, analyze results, communicate decisions, and identify opportunities for new products and extensions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with internal tools, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.
• Demonstrated ownership of an existing product and measurable product improvement.
• Strong prioritization judgment and the ability to make clear trade-offs.
• Experience writing actionable requirements and acceptance criteria for software engineers and developers.
• Data-driven approach with experience defining metrics and turning analysis into product decisions.
• Technical fluency in architecture, constraints, trade-offs, and clear communication with engineering and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in advertising, media, logistics, or another operations-heavy industry.
• Experience launching products from concept to release and managing multiple products or expanding a product line.
• Familiarity with agile delivery practices and GitHub.
