Senior Product Manager (WMS)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 811 Excellence Dr.

Salary: $105,498.00–$180,000.00 per year

hirify.global is hiring for a product management role focused on technology-enabled product development and Warehouse Management System initiatives.

What you will do

• Own product requirements, simple product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization decisions, rollouts, and iterative product optimization.
• Represent technology requirements, assess feasibility and risks with engineering teams, and drive technology design outcomes.
• Research customer needs, create customer journeys, identify product experience gaps, and deliver customer value within business targets.
• Develop product strategy, problem statements, hypotheses, prototypes, go-to-market considerations, and unit economics.
• Support data collection and analysis for acquisition cost, conversion, adoption, usage, churn, satisfaction, and lifetime value metrics.
• Build stakeholder alignment and communicate product decisions across cross-functional Agile Scrum teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of product management or related experience; or bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-bachelor’s experience.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java for regression testing and automation.
• Experience with API testing using Postman and REST Assured, plus backend validation with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience using SQL and BigQuery, building Python data pipelines, and evaluating forecasting models.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau and Google Data Studio.
• Experience creating PRDs, design documents, data flow diagrams, Excel macros, and PowerPoint reports for WMS implementations and vendor reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience translating operational gaps into technical requirements for WMS implementations.
• Experience with vendor selection, vendor performance analysis, and operational reviews.
