Product Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States; requires attendance at labs and surgeries, up to 15–20% travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What you will do

• Create and manage project plans with engineers and coordinate kickoffs, design reviews, verification, validation, and cadaver labs.
• Develop market plans, analyze product segments, identify new offerings, and support product launches.
• Manage forecasting, inventory, sourcing, customer service, and coordination with purchasing and operations.
• Prepare technique guides, product literature, sales materials, and presentations for sales teams, surgeons, and management.
• Maintain DHF, DMR, and DHR documentation according to company quality policies and FDA requirements.
• Coordinate clinical research topics, courses, symposia, IDE site training, and market feedback activities with surgeons and customers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in medical devices or a related field, focused on product development and/or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required; business or marketing emphasis preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong organization, communication, presentation, judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15–20% and attend labs and surgeries.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the stated physical demands.
