What you will do

• Support new product development and introduction by defining test plans and executing product reliability validations before launch.
• Use test equipment and software tools for functional, environmental, and stress testing.
• Analyze processes and automate repetitive, high-volume tasks using RPA and machine learning.
• Build PowerBI dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve issues early in the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong engineering foundation and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Prior experience with RPA, machine learning, and PowerBI.
• Data-driven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and independent working skills.
