Business Personal Systems Presales Technical Consultant (AI)

Location: Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico. The role includes international travel within Mexico and abroad, approximately 25–50%.

What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor for corporate, enterprise, and public-sector customers developing end-user computing and workplace transformation strategies.
• Lead customer discovery, identify business and technical requirements, and translate them into scalable hirify.global solutions.
• Architect and position AI PCs, business devices, workstations, thin clients, peripherals, collaboration tools, device management, and lifecycle services.
• Design endpoint, fleet management, deployment, analytics, and security strategies across the Windows ecosystem.
• Lead technical qualifications, demonstrations, workshops, RFIs, RFPs, tenders, PoCs, pilots, and customer validation activities.
• Collaborate with Microsoft specialists, alliance partners, engineering, product, sales, and services teams while providing market and competitive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in presales consulting, solution architecture, technical sales, workplace transformation, endpoint management, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud-based device administration.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, BIOS and firmware protection, Zero Trust frameworks, cybersecurity, Edge AI, and AI-enabled devices.
• Experience with discovery workshops, technical demonstrations, PoCs, RFIs, RFPs, public tenders, and formal procurement processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Willingness to travel internationally and within Mexico is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, SaaS, virtualization, APIs, CRM, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience supporting professional services, managed services, deployment services, lifecycle management, AI readiness, or workplace transformation initiatives.
