College Intern (Smart Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support technical and engineering follow-up for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Improve process and tooling performance across quality, yield, machine uptime, process characterization, OEE, and throughirify.globalut.
• Conduct product failure analysis, product testing, and process or product characterization.
• Develop and apply new manufacturing technologies aligned with Industrial 4.0.
• Complete assigned manufacturing engineering projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electronic/electrical, mechatronic, manufacturing, material science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and data analytics skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of statistics, probability, or data analytics.
• Ability to create real-time dashboards and reports that communicate trends and insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must work onsite in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang (Penang), Malaysia.
