Industrial Engineering Intern (Paid Internship)

What you will do

• Conduct time studies and work measurements across production and support processes.
• Observe, document, and map process flows and standard work methods.
• Collect, manage, and analyze operational and productivity data.
• Support engineers and operations teams with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Evaluate cycle time, labor utilization, and resource efficiency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations while monitoring improvement outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Basic understanding of time studies, work measurement, process improvement, productivity analysis, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, observational, data management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing and operations environment.
• Internship duration of six months or longer is preferred where possible.
