Engineer Integration & Yield (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support semiconductor manufacturing operations, development programs, and customer projects.
• Identify and resolve process integration, yield, defect, and manufacturing issues.
• Develop custom and derivative processes, module characterization methods, design rules, and test structures.
• Analyze product and process partitioning to improve yield and characterize defects.
• Build defect source libraries and tool defect-source fingerprinting capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement plans, document processes, and establish failure-mode mitigation and detection measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with engineering support, data analysis, process integration, or semiconductor yield improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address technical and yield concerns.
