Senior Business Excellence Engineer

What you will do

• Lead plant-wide capabilities for performance measurement, metrics management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy, KPIs, and financial objectives.
• Apply analytical and statistical methods to identify root causes, validate solutions, and improve productivity, workforce planning, budgeting accuracy, and Kaizen effectiveness.
• Work on AI, automation, process digitalization, and data visualization projects.
• Facilitate continuous improvement through coaching, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in business analysis and operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong data analysis, statistical problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge and application of Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, waste elimination, flow optimization, and pull systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving manufacturing environment.
