What you will do
- Build an understanding of supply chain management, quality, operations, package R&D, and engineering processes.
- Study assigned subjects and conceptualize and recommend improvements.
- Work with assigned engineers on basic experiments and projects.
- Develop technical competencies within and across the assigned areas.
- Present a comprehensive study and recommend solutions by the end of the cadetship.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Material Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Physics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Computer proficiency for data analysis, research, and documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience presenting at a technical forum, defending a thesis, or participating in a symposium.
