What you will do
- Develop and scale features across mobile, web, and API service platforms using C# and Azure.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to improve software deployment quality and speed.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to Scrum team members to ensure best-in-class engineering practices.
- Optimize database architecture, including query performance and indexing, to support high-scale services.
- Collaborate across teams and external organizations to drive technical direction and project delivery.
- Maintain a production-first mindset by actively resolving issues and ensuring system reliability.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available)
- 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in high-level languages like C# (.NET Core/MVC) or Go.
- Demonstrated experience with public cloud platforms and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience designing and managing automated pipelines and test automation frameworks.
- Proven background working in Agile Scrum environments with a focus on team performance.
Nice to have
- Experience with low-code environments like Logic Apps or Outsystems.
- Knowledge of enterprise service bus technologies such as Tibco BusinessWorks.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
- Experience with mobile development frameworks (Xamarin).
