What you will do

• Complete structured virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training in claim processes, systems, and procedures.
• Manage first-party medical auto insurance claims, including personal injury protection and medical payment benefits.
• Assess coverage and compensability, evaluate claims for potential fraud, and gather information from policyholders and medical providers.
• Develop and execute action plans for effective claim resolution.
• Communicate claim status to business customers, injured employees, medical providers, and legal counsel.
• Maintain accurate claim records and build proficiency in AI and digital transformation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the broader candidate profile.
• Customer service or insurance internship/work experience is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain an adjuster or insurance license within three months where required by state law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, organization, conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
