Technician (Blow Moulding)

Location: Sydney, Australia; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Safely operate and monitor blow moulders, vision inspection systems, leak testers, conveyors, grinders, and bagging equipment.
• Meet production targets and schedules within a 24/5 manufacturing operation.
• Check product quality, food safety, and customer requirements.
• Record production and downtime data to support continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate problems, and report maintenance requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and workplace organisation standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience operating blow moulding machinery or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a mechanically minded approach.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a comparable high-quality production environment.
• Proactive approach to safety and ability to follow WHS, quality, environmental, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a two-person shift team.
