What you will do
- Develop, review, and optimise maintenance strategies for critical bulk materials handling assets.
- Analyse equipment performance and reliability data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead equipment improvement, refurbishment, and reliability projects from concept through implementation.
- Provide technical guidance for complex equipment failures and operational issues.
- Lead defect elimination and root cause analysis activities while coaching maintenance personnel.
- Support lifecycle asset management, capital planning, shutdowns, and major maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering qualification with relevant reliability experience.
- Experience in heavy industry or large-scale manufacturing.
- Knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance, defect elimination, root cause analysis, KT, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience developing maintenance strategies and improving equipment reliability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
