What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the Quality Senior Director and the Quality, Assurance, Service, and Regulatory Affairs functions.
• Create and update standardized forms, work instructions, SOPs, and policies.
• Schedule certifications, educational workshops, compliance documentation, meetings, and team events.
• Support quality assurance compliance audits and prepare presentations.
• Arrange travel, submit expense reports, purchase requisitions, and invoices for payment.
• Order office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support special administrative projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 5+ years of experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in an equivalent role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform frequent repetitive motions and occasional standing, walking, talking, and hearing activities.
