Senior Engineer, Photo Product Development Engineering (Semiconductor Filtration)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize cleaning and assembly processes for advanced liquid filtration products.
• Plan and execute product and process development activities, including DOE and prototype evaluations.
• Prepare and assemble prototype samples and deliver development work according to project schedules.
• Analyze experimental and process data to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Evaluate new materials, technologies, and process approaches to improve product performance and manufacturability.
• Create technical reports, process documentation, and development records while collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Applications teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field, with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in product development, process development, laboratory environments, or manufacturing support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, prototype preparation, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional organization.

• Advanced technical degree.
• Experience with DOE, statistical analysis, or structured problem-solving methodologies.
