Business Associate (AI/Biotech)

What you will do

• Develop board decks, operating reviews, decision memos, and executive materials.
• Create presentations for business development, partnerships, investors, and recruiting.
• Build financial and operating models for budgets, hiring, infrastructure investments, partnerships, and new initiatives.
• Research markets, companies, and strategic opportunities and develop practical recommendations.
• Evaluate partnerships, investments, and acquisitions, including economics, data rights, risks, and alternatives.
• Coordinate compliance, governance, insurance, contracting, and high-priority special projects through execution.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization is required.
• MBA completed or nearing completion.
• Approximately two years of experience in leading management consulting, investment banking, strategy, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Strong financial modeling, research, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent writing and presentation-building skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or life sciences.
• Experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or another leading consulting firm.
• Exposure to biotechnology, life sciences, AI, healthcare, corporate development, or startup operations.
