Marketing Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel)

Location: Remote from any location; shift is 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time, aligned with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

hirify.global provides marketing automation work centered on building and maintaining GoHighLevel systems.

What you will do

• Design campaign strategies, including audiences, messaging, and funnel flows.
• Build workflows, pipelines, and triggers in GoHighLevel.
• Set up GHL snapshots and SaaS mode for new accounts.
• Automate lead tagging, scoring, and routing to Sales.
• Monitor automation performance and improve workflows using data.
• Maintain clean CRM records and reliable data flow between GHL and the team.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in marketing, graphic art, graphic design, or another design-related role.
• At least one year of experience building workflows, pipelines, or automations on any platform.
• Ability to think through campaign strategy and follow detailed processes.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented working style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for the 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time shift.

Nice to have

• GoHighLevel experience.
• Experience with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Zapier.
