Implementation Specialist, Professional Services - HRS

Location: Remote Mexico; candidates must reside in Mexico. Applications from outside Mexico will not be reviewed.

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through implementation completion.
• Configure customer accounts, user access, settings, and workflows.
• Perform quality assurance testing and validate configuration accuracy.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, timelines, milestones, and status updates.
• Communicate with customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and coordinate transitions to account management or support.
• Improve onboarding workflows and maintain accurate implementation documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, customer success, account management, technical support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-centered approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality during configuration and validation.
• Comfort learning new systems, tools, and processes, preferably including SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or technology-based solutions.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, project management, information systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
