Location: Fully on site in Chandler, Arizona, United States, with a five-day workweek, core hours generally around 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and approximately 20% travel between PacSci locations. Evening or weekend support may be required during critical launches and implementation milestones. U.S. citizenship is required for employment due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
Salary: $130,200–$241,800 per year.

What you will do
- Own the business side of the Palantir-enabled transformation across planning and sales-order execution.
- Design end-to-end workflows for demand planning, capacity planning, sourcing, buying, production visibility, and sales-order execution.
- Translate operational needs into process maps, business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation priorities.
- Coordinate Enterprise AI, Enterprise Applications, data leaders, implementation partners, and stakeholders across PacSci sites.
- Lead a rotating matrix team of five to six subject-matter experts without relying on formal reporting authority.
- Drive change management, training, adoption, operational excellence, and scalable replacement of manual spreadsheets and disconnected knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Typically 10 or more years of progressive experience across demand management, capacity planning, supply chain, sourcing, buying, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience with complex business-process transformation, change adoption, cross-functional leadership, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in government contracting or another project-based planning or accounting environment.
- Strong systems acumen with ERP, planning, reporting, analytics, or workflow platforms, plus executive-level communication and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work fully on site in Chandler, Arizona, travel approximately 20%, and meet the U.S. citizenship eligibility requirement.
Nice to have
- Experience with Palantir Foundry or another AI-enabled planning and operations platform.
- Experience with Infor Visual, Oracle Fusion, Power BI, or the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, complex manufacturing, multi-site transformation, continuous improvement, or Lean.
- An advanced degree in a relevant discipline, including an MBA.
