Location: Glendale Junction, Kentucky, United States; on-site. Travel required up to 50% of the time. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $141,700–$268,300 per year.

What you will do

• Own the integrated SAP S/4HANA migration plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Lead program governance, PMO execution, stage gates, sprint reviews, executive reporting, RAID management, and decision forums.
• Manage systems integrators, delivery risks, quality gates, testing, mock cutovers, production readiness, release readiness, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support.
• Analyze and optimize MP&L, manufacturing, procurement, and finance processes using SAP best practices and performance indicators.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and team development.
• Establish enterprise master data governance, data standards, lifecycle policies, governance councils, and a network of business data stewards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP program management, ERP delivery leadership, or large-scale enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading multi-workstream SAP programs and integrations involving S/4HANA, EWM, YL, Salesforce, and related systems.
• Expertise in program governance, PMO leadership, risk and dependency management, executive reporting, and delivery performance metrics.
• Experience managing systems integrators, vendors, contracts, and cross-functional senior stakeholders.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile delivery, enterprise release management, cloud transformation, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with financial management, organizational change, testing, deployment readiness, and cutover execution.
• SAP certification and advanced executive presentation skills.
