Business Transformation Lead (Power Platform)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Hybrid position: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote after the initial 90-day training and shadowing period.

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus a 20% bonus.

What you will do

• Identify inefficient business processes and opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Build and maintain solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Develop automated workflows and integrations to reduce manual processes.
• Support, troubleshoot, and improve Power Platform applications.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, data integration, Power BI solutions, and Power Platform governance.

Requirements

• Six years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• At least two years of hands-on Power Automate experience.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
• Approximately two years of Azure experience and one year of SQL experience.
• Experience with stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, application troubleshooting, and process automation.
• Availability for the required hybrid schedule in Alpharetta, including three onsite days per week after training.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure integrations, APIs, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Power Platform certifications and experience with Copilot or GitHub.
