Production Planner (Semiconductor Equipment)

Semiconductor manufacturing operations producing backend equipment in Malaysia and through integrators in the Netherlands and Malaysia.

What you will do

• Develop and manage production schedules for semiconductor backend equipment, aligning demand with available capacity.
• Coordinate material planning, procurement, engineering, and production activities to support smooth execution.
• Translate customer demand, engineering changes, and project timelines into executable production plans.
• Monitor daily build progress, identify variances, and drive recovery actions to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain planning data, routings, and capacity settings in the ERP system.
• Synchronize build priorities, configuration updates, process changes, and supply chain improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of production planning experience, preferably with semiconductor equipment or high-mix, low-volume machinery.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, routing, capacity planning, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and cross-region collaboration.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and maintain planning accuracy in a growing manufacturing environment.
• Structured, proactive, detail-oriented approach with ownership and urgency.
