What you will do

  • Lead operational planning and control for FCI 2X across production scheduling, workforce capacity, daily execution, and inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, material availability, equipment readiness, and business priorities.
  • Monitor schedule attainment, work-in-progress, backlog, constraints, recovery actions, and delivery performance.
  • Analyze headcount demand and supply by shift, function, and skill; maintain attendance, overtime, productivity, and capacity reports.
  • Lead daily operational reviews, communicate priorities and escalation paths, and coordinate corrective actions across Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Materials, and support functions.
  • Own the FCI 2X cycle count plan, investigate inventory variances, coordinate root-cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
  • Typically 7–10 years of experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with production planning, supply chain analysis, inventory management, materials management, and workforce capacity planning.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, enterprise resource planning, SAP applications, KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement.
  • Strong communication, results orientation, digital fluency, and ability to evaluate complex operational problems involving multiple factors.
  • Role location: Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang (Penang), Malaysia.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
