GNS Evening Transportation Support

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, USA; candidates must be able to work in the Phoenix, AZ Metro Area. The schedule is Sunday–Wednesday, 3 PM–2 AM, or Sunday–Thursday, 3 PM–midnight. Work-from-home days are available.

What you will do

• Notify branches proactively and promptly about transportation delays through exception management.
• Monitor consolidations to identify mis-routes, incomplete information, and inaccurate data.
• Track lane costs, shipment routes, pending delays, and potential disruptions.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure planned routes have assigned equipment.
• Monitor daily lane volumes and arrange additional capacity for demand or service recovery.
• Work with branches, gateways, and carriers to implement necessary contingencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or previous logistics experience.
• Ability to work in the Phoenix, AZ Metro Area.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Customer service experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
