Logistics Coordinator

Location: Piperton, Tennessee, USA; onsite, Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00–21:00

What you will do

• Receive, book, and schedule transportation orders for accurate and timely freight movement.
• Coordinate domestic shipments and monitor freight from pickup through delivery.
• Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, and solutions to customers, carriers, and internal offices.
• Review transportation requirements, resolve service issues, and follow customer-specific SOPs.
• Enter and maintain shipment data, monitor exception reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Process customer invoices, verify carrier costs, and follow credit approval procedures.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and service commitments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
• Work authorization in the USA is required; work visa sponsorship is not available.
